Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.

Type of Work Accomplished: Transient Aircraft Services and Corrosion Control (Aircraft Washing) - Grand Forks AFB, ND
Scope: Perform transient aircraft ground, fleet, and corrosion control services. Provide services required to safely prepare for, and properly park transient aircraft. Provide services required to safely process transient aircraft, as requested by the aircraft commander. Provide services required for aircraft departure in accordance with all applicable safety requirements. Provide aircraft fleet servicing, including materials, for all Transient Aircraft and all KC-135 aircraft assigned to Grand Forks AFB. Provide aircraft wash services for all aircraft assigned to the 319th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. Assist, as required, with transient aircraft and assigned base aircraft emergencies. Assist, as required, with Grand Forks' annual open house/airshow and deploying units.
