Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.

Type of Work Accomplished: Airfield Management Services - Selfridge ANGB, MI
Scope:
Provide safe, effective airfield operations supporting Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB), Michigan. Our most important customers consist of aircrews and their aircraft, which makes the airfield and base operations the first impression for many visitors. It is critical that the airfield be kept at a very high state of readiness at all times and presents a neat and orderly appearance. Airfield support activities are conducted in strict compliance with Air Force (AF), Air National Guard (ANG) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards which mandate strict safety and security requirements for air operations.
Type of Work Accomplished: Base Fuels Distribution Services - Selfridge ANGB, MI
Scope:
Responsible for the requisitioning, issuing, delivery, accounting and overall management of fuels distribution in direct support of base tenants and transient aircraft at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB), Michigan. The care and safekeeping of Government Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants (POL) property, for both aviation and ground fuels, is handled under the provisions of this contract. We are accountable for Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) owned fuel pursuant to contract provisions IAW Department of Defense regulations.
Type of Work Accomplished: Transient Aircraft Maintenance - Selfridge ANGB, MI
Scope:
Provide safe transient aircraft services in compliance with local, Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), and Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Agency (MIOSHA) standards which mandate strict safety and security requirements for military air operations at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB), Michigan. Services include arrival, processing, departure, special events and emergency services.
