Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.The contracts on this website reflect the services performed by PMI as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or via another teaming arrangement.

Type of Work Accomplished: Transient Line Management Support Services - Andrews AFB, MD
Scope:
Provide all personnel and supervision necessary to provide Transient Line (T-Line) management support services at Naval District Washington, Naval Air Facility (NAF), Andrews Air Force Base (AFB), MD. Services include, but are not limited to aircraft launch and recovery services; aircraft inspection and operation maintenance services; ramp operation services; hazardous waste disposal; trash/garbage disposal; aircraft fuel services; aircraft de-icing services; aircraft ladder truck services; aircraft hydraulic services; aircraft lubrication services; liquid oxygen services; and Joint Service Open House (JSOH) Air show support services.
Activities are performed in strict compliance with all Navy and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. During periods of crisis as declared by the National Command Authority, support services are required on a 24-hour basis. Personnel are very knowledgeable in airfield operations, maintenance and equipment processes.
