Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.

Type of Work Accomplished: Transient Aircraft Services - Robins AFB
Scope: Perform transient aircraft services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulation standards and commercial practices at Robins AFB, GA. Services include arrival, processing, departure, special events and emergency services. Services also include the launch and recovery of Distinguished Visitors (DV) missions, departing or arriving at the designated DV locations and providing a Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Program.
Type of Work Accomplished: Vehicle Maintenance and Operations - Robins AFB
Scope:
Provide Vehicle Management and Analysis (VM&A) services and maintenance for approximately 1,000 vehicles at Robins Air Force Base and within a permissible operating distance (POD) of 100 miles.
Provide Fleet Management services for approximately 1,300 vehicles which include General Services Administration (GSA) leased vehicles.
Provide Vehicle Operations support to include dispatch, personnel, and cargo movement.
Use the On-Line Vehicle Integrated Management System (OLVIMS) database to manage vehicles operation and management programs.
