Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.The contracts on this website reflect the services performed by PMI as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or via another teaming arrangement.

Type of Work Accomplished: Transportation Motor Pool Operations - Fort Carson, CO
Scope:
Provide, manage and operate the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) at Fort Carson, CO. Support the mission of Fort Carson by managing the service, maintenance, operations, and dispatches of approximately 430 leased and Government-owned vehicles. All routine vehicle maintenance and repairs are scheduled with locally-approved vendors. A General Services Administration (GSA) Voyager Credit Card is assigned to each GSA leased vehicle for the purchase of fuel, authorized maintenance, and vehicle washing. The TMP is accountable for the credit cards, and maintains oversight by collecting and reviewing all charge slips.
In addition to fleet management, the TMP also provides bus operations, wrecker service, an on-post shuttle service; and operates a driver testing, training and licensing facility. Vehicle dispatch and wrecker service as well as bus operations may be required on short notice in support of Readiness Exercises, major mobilizations and/or extreme build up of forces.
