Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over 70 contracts.

Type of Work Accomplished: Transportation Services - Presidio of Monterey - Monterey CA

Scope: Provide all phases of Transport Operations, vehicle control, management, and scheduled bus and transport services for Presidio of Monterey, CA and Annex. Provide sufficient, qualified, and trained personnel to satisfactorily perform the work. Perform all management, supervisory, administrative, training, and operations functions to support Government requirements. Provide qualified and properly licensed drivers for tractor/trailers, buses, stake beds, and box trucks on an as-needed basis.


Type of Work Accomplished: Logistics Services - Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community, CA

Scope:

Provide program and management analyses to facilitate logistical planning and implementation of the following, to include, but not limited to: emergency and contingency plans, budget formulation and forecasting, Performance Management Reviews (PMR), Productivity Improvement Reviews (PIR), efficiency studies, Manpower studies, Activity Based Costing/Management (ABC/M), efficiency recommendations, historical reports, management reports, scheduling and tracking of training, Installation Status Reporting (ISR), and manning documents. Attend meetings and conduct briefings. Sserve as the Action Officer and liaison to coordinate logistical requirements within the directorate and other activities on the Presidio of Monterey (POM) and outside agencies.

Participate in various programs required by POM and higher headquarters. Collect and analyze data, develop reports, make briefing charts, and provide input to various activities.  Coordinate and provide input to the Directorate of Resource Management on Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISA) by developing costs and identifying services provided to tenant activities.
